BANK LOAN ASSISTANCE

Any student can seek the financial aid from our banks to study in India and Abroad. EXCEL will help the students to submit required documents to the concerned bank. The loan approval and other formalities will depends on RBI norms.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING

EXCEL provides the assistance in coaching for foreign languages like English, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, German etc…

ADMISSION CONFIRMATION AND ADMISSION LETTER

We ensure the admission confirmation and then get the admission letter to the Student well in time immediately after the Student complete the formalities required during the first step of admission procedure.

VISA INVITATION LETTER

We ensure approval of Visa of the Students well in time after the Student complete the second step formalities of admission procedure.

ARRANGING ENTRY VISA

EXCEL will arrange the entry visa to the students by submitting their necessary documents to the concerned Embassy.

MCI ELIGIBILITY REGISTRATIONS

We take care about the Medical Council of India (MCI) registration along with the admission process by getting MCI application forms duly signed by the Student and then its submission in MCI. (If required time to time)

HOSTEL BOOKING

We assist the Students in getting the Hostel rooms booked according to their budget and choice of the Student to share with them in the room.

ORGANISE STUDENT AND PARENT MEETING

We arrange a meeting of the Students and Parents before leaving for the College / University where they have taken admission so that they know each other before departure.

PRE-DEPARTURE SESSION

EXCEL will arrange a pre-departure session for clearing doubts of parents and students.

TRAVEL TIPS & GUIDANCE

EXCEL will provide information about travel documents and luggage to the students for their concerned destination.

ASSISTANCE FOR FOREX AND MONEY TRANSFER

EXCEL will assist the students to change Indian Rupees to foreign currency and to transfer the money to concerned Universities.

TRAVELLING ARRANGEMENTS FROM INDIAN AIRPORT

We arrange the travel tickets of the Students in groups College / University wise from the nearest Airport in India.

ACCOMPANY OF OUR REPRESENTATIVE ALONG WITH STUDENTS

EXCEL representative accompanies the Students from Indian Airport to the College / University and returns only after they complete the Registration Formalities / Tuition Fee / Hostel Fee Deposit etc. and settling down in the Hostel in our presence, even if a single Student has taken admission.

POST LANDING SERVICES

We take care of the Students after landing at the International Airport by getting them meals, transporting them to the University by Air / Rail / Road, getting SIM card and pass the information to the Parents about the safe arrival of the Students.

ARRANGING SUMMER VACATION PRACTICES IN HOME COUNTRY

We in coordination with Multi Specialty Clinics / Hospitals create opportunities to our Students to carry out practices in their summer vacations.

MCI / NEXT COACHING ASSISTANCE

We assist the Students in getting the best MCI coaching for clearing MCI screening test during their study in the University as well as after the completion of the Course in their home country.

OUR PLACEMENT SERVICES

After completion of course students can utilize our placement service facility through our placement cell. (employmentexcel)
